维王作则，肆觐于明德。 我将此诗翻译成英文：
“Here are the English translations of each poem in this collection:
- The beautiful abedel, I have gained my people.
- There is a noble man with wings, it’s appropriate for him to be happy and without fault.
- Beautiful Vamo, cutting trees on Huanling.
- King Wen sets an example, he goes to the palace of virtue.”
This poem praises virtuous rulers who set examples by their actions.
